It began with a call to write.

Over a decade ago, I had an inkling to tell a story here and there about all the exciting adventures going on with our growing family. Some folks told me I should write a book, and I listened. I began jotting down stories, which eventually became a blog for a time. The blog was fun, but life got busy and the dream of a book went into dormancy.

Years went by as work and family life consumed me, but the itch would never leave me to write that book.

Now that the long winter of discontent is over, spring has arrived in my writing journey. I have emerged stronger and better than ever, and have completed my first non-fiction work, Almost Home, Setting Our Sights Toward Heaven.
